Robot Friends: A Sculpture, Acrylics, and Making Class for Kids
For ages 3 to 5
A robot-themed makerspace class for our youngest makers! In this class, kids will be making all things robots — a wooden robot toy, electric robot critters, robot pulleys and more!
Each week, we will explore different materials and different ways to make robots move. Children will have free range to create their ultimate vision, with access to our acryclic paints, gems, pipecleaners and more! Each material offers children a different sensory experience, allowing children to instinctively study and classify each material and its properties such as weight, texture and balance. Through this sensory work, children build an understanding of the material world around them and learn how to build with them in the future.
Children may be dropped off.
